Help us turn isolation into belonging: one spouse, one system, one step at a time.

Foreign-born military spouses are navigating two complicated worlds at once: military life and immigration life. That overlap comes with real barriers: language, credential transfer, employment, isolation, paperwork, and systems that are hard to decode even for native-born Americans.

We’re building the support system we wish existed from day one.
But we can’t do it alone.

We need volunteers in every area of expertise from backend operations to front-line support with spouses.

Why Volunteers Matter Here

Because the needs aren’t one-size-fits-all.

Some spouses need practical guidance like:

  • “Can you help me translate my résumé to a U.S. format?”

  • “How do I find the right resources for my immigration situation?”

  • “How do I get my degree evaluated or pursue licensing?”

  • “I’m new here and I don’t know anyone.”

Other spouses need behind-the-scenes excellence so we can serve at scale:

  • data organization, resources, logistics, email systems, event support, and more.

When you volunteer, you’re not just “helping an organization.”
You’re helping a spouse feel steady, capable, and seen.

You don’t have to be perfect. You do need to be:

  • Respectful, culturally aware, and spouse-centered

  • Dependable with communication and follow-through

  • Willing to protect privacy and dignity

  • Open to training and guidelines

Some roles require a background check or additional screening (especially anything involving sensitive situations).
